Oh No Shots! Oh Yes Free Chick-Fil-A! 4 Month Stats

Ashtyn had her 4 month appointment on Friday. Boy do I hate these appointments!! It broke my heart because she was sooo happy and giggly, she had no idea of what was ahead. Luckily my mom came with me to the appointment. Thank goodness for grandmas! My mom came with me to Ashtyn's first shots too! She is officially our shot lady! I know it breaks her heart to see Ashtyn get shots, but I am so thankful she is stronger than me...cause I just can't do it! I was in the room for all the general check up stuff, but stepped out while they gave her the shots. My mom said right before they gave her the shot she looked up at her with my doey eyes...My mom cried....I cried...and surprisingly Ashtyn only cried a little at the every beginning! I know...we were way worse than her!! Ha! After the shots, Ashtyn was great! I was a little worried because the first time she ran a fever for a few days and was a little cranky. But not this time....She was SO GOOD! Since she was so good we went shopping for mother's day gift and ate lunch at Chick-Fil-A! Everyone was stopping to see my little socialite and no one cold believe she had just had shots! Yup! I was such a proud mommy!Waiting in the doctors office

Side note: At Chick-Fil-A it was free food Fridays. If you say the secret pass word you get whatever free item of food they are offering that day! I love it! I had offered to take my mom to lunch because of all her help and had had every intention of actually buying her lunch,but this was too good an opportunity to pass up. She was not as excited as me to use the password..It is usually something silly! But hey, free food is free food! I still owe you lunch mom!
