Today was a fun eventful day! I think Ashtyn does better when we are out and about...she is sooo social! Jeremy is off this week for spring break and it is so nice having him t home! I wish there was a job where we could be stay at home! We decided to go to lunch. I love going to lunch..I think I like it better than going to dinner, I don't know I just do. So in fear of sounding completely weird I am going to tell you about our lunch date and how it was the best lunch date ever! Names and locations have been changed, just in case, someday, she might read this...I doubt that would ever happen.... I would be so lucky! ha! When I was a freshman in H.S. there was a senior girl, we will call Michelle Stewart, whom I adored. She was nice,popular, a great dancer, on the cheer squad, homecoming court...just an amazing girl! Did I ever talk to her...NO! Did she know who I was...NO! But I was obsessed with this girl and wanted to be just like her.....13 years later I am eating lunch at Chili's with Jeremy and Ashtyn. Ashtyn is playing and talking with the couple behind us in the booth, so I turn around to apologize and who is it MICHELLE STEWART! Now I know like I sound like a crazy...and that's ok..I don't care. She proceeded to talk to me and tell me how beautiful Ashtyn is and about her little family. I had the biggest smile and seriously wanted to jump across the booth and hug her...ha! I turned around and mouthed to Jeremy OH MY....He also thinks I am nutty! When they left they said goodbye and I was able to tell Jer the whole story.....Crazy....I know! But that just made my day! I have to say she is still as beautiful and sweet as ever... So here is to Michelle Stewart and making my lunch the best lunch date ever......

We decided to take Ashtyn to Gymboree to try it out free for a night. Oh my did this little girl love it! Jess and Jace go to Gymboree on a regular basis, so it was fun to be there with our family. Ashtyn had so much fun and so did mommy and daddy. We ended signing her up for three months. It is great she goes twice a week and is able to interact with other babies. I love that I can chat with other mommas. Here are some pics form the night.

Earlier in the day we tried to take 3 month photos of Ashtyn. I am on a mission to save money and thought we could do it ourselves...HA HA! I think we got maybe 2.....I figure we will just do 6 month professional pictures. She was a trooper...It was hot and fieldy (I know that isn't a word).....When we got in the car I felt miserable. The pics we did get are precious. Maybe in a couple years this will workout better. Until then Picture People here we come!
Auntie Jess got Ashtyn this hat for Easter. I just adore it! I think she might wear it everyday.

Lastly, I am trying so hard to get out Ashtyn birth announcements. I know.....it is almost May and she was born in January....They are the most beautiful cards I have ever seen. We have a friend who is just amazing at what she does. I will try to figure out a way to upload what they look like. And hopefully soon they will be out in the mail!
Okay, Ashtyn is napping( something new at our house) so I should go and try to get ready for the day.
