I am terrified of all bugs! I try to hide this fear as not to scare the kiddos, but I dont think I am all that good at it. Yesterday as the kids wre painting outside a big harry catepillar crawled across the towel. Grahm started screaming and Ashtyn was yelling, "mom a big harry catepliar"!!! I ran inside to get a cup and scoop him up. It was taking me forever to find a cup and I was panicing. I went out side and Ash was standing there so proud and said," mom dont worry I took care of it." And Little Miss did! She had put her toy over top of him! ha! I removed the toy and replaced it with a plastic cup. Ash insisted on feeding him grass. We now have a pet catepillar. Both kids say goodmornign and good night to it and check on him. Aye Yi Yi.....
Last night as we were going to bed Ashtyn told me our catepillar is making a cacoon and is going to become a butterfly. She is toooooo smart! I just love these days of learing and not so much bugs....
