The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow....

Do you ever have days that just aren't that great? Days where it is one thing after another. I hate to complain because I'm so blessed.....However this my journal and I want to remember today for what it was.....

I went to the dentist for a general check-up/cleaning but walked out with a half numb face and an oh so sore tooth. While they were prepping for my cleaning, they noticed a filling had fallen out and needed to be replaced. The dentist said it was no big deal and would be a one-shot procedure. However, for some reason my body would not hold the anesthetics and I could feel everything he was doing. He ended up giving me 7 shots...7 SHOTS! and here's the worst part...I COULD STILL FEEL WHAT HE WAS DOING! Crazy, right! My tooth is still extremely sensitive and sore. Hopefully within the next couple days it will get better. On a positive note Ashtyn was AMAZING at the dentist office. We didn't expect the visit to be so long, and she was a trooper! I was so proud!

Skip to 10:30 at night. Jeremy and I decided to go in our spa. He thought it would be a good way for me to relax. So we grabbed Ashtyn's monitor and headed out back. While we were in the spa, our back door shut and yup...we DID NOT HAVE A KEY! I know parents of the year! Don't judge me..... On the TV show Quints by surprise, they forgot a whole child at home.... However, not only did we not have a key, we did not have a phone either. So here we are 11:00 at night, in towels! Jeremy, bless his heart, went to our neighbors(who was on a date) in a towel and called my mom to come let us in. Thank you dad for driving down to our house and letting us in! Oh boy...so it's 12:10 am and I'm writing about my day...I am ready to go to bed and forget about the craziness this day has brought. I was able to laugh about the spa...my tooth not so much.

And to top this all off I have no pictures to post....( however a pic of Jer and I waiting on our front porch in towels would of been priceless)

With all the yuckiness......Ashtyn was so sweet and funny today. It was like she knew I just wasn't doing well. I love that little girl more than anything. She makes my day brighter!Even if I have to get 7 shots and lock myself outside.... Well I am off to bed.....excited for tomorrow and a new day( with pictures)!
